What is the best program for creating website?

Arif, i am in project of creating website that contains game, flash video, animation. Can you help me to recommend some programs that can help me to build this project website easily? - Suyanto

To create a dynamic site for free, you can use Joomla. This is a free tool (consists of scripts) for creating websites in php / mysql, easy to maintain and update, and there are many extensions to add features. Otherwise, Microsoft offers a free version of Visual Web Developer: express edition, for developing websites and web applications in ASP.NET (web programming language). And the other way, you can use desktop software to create your website manually (creating template, add anything that you want to add, upload), It may sound hassle, but the opportunity is you can develop the website as free as you want. Some of desktop programs i know : Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft Frontpage, Antenna, NVU(free). I hope you're satisfied with the answer
