4 stages to lose weight with Muay Thai

There are four stages to go through, including integrating Muay Thai training movement with cardio exercises to lose weight.
1. The first step, doing aerobic exercise for 10 minutes a day like walking leisurely. Increase to 30 minutes per day for five times a week. This will form the basis of fitness and aerobic capacity in the body.
2. The second step, eat foods that are nutritionally balanced and healthy to ensure your body has fuel and recovery that needed before, during, and after exercise. Do not forget to drink enough water.
3. The third step, integrate Muay Thai training techniques into your cardio sessions up to five times per week. This will give you the ability to do basic movements and condition your body better for Muay Thai training session. Good body condition also helps the process of burning and calorie deficit.
"Shadow boxing" is important in practicing Muay Thai, it also can forms techniques and become a good foundation before doing training with more difficult techniques. Add push-ups, body squats, core exercises, jog in place, and jump rope in between Muay Thai movements to add variety and intensity of the overall training.
Boxing as cardio exercise can burn 735-838 calories per hour while practicing with the opposite. While in general aerobic exercise it can burns 531-605 calories per hour. To reduce one pound of body fat required deficit of 3500 calories.
By doing the exercise segment in turn will burn more calories to help lose weight with the result which would different for every person.
Rest and recovery is an important part of the process of losing weight. So, make sure you sleep and adequate rest so your body recovered and adapt to the training program.
